The Company

The Role
Swan is looking to hire an Inside Sales representative to work closely with Swan IRA clients during their onboarding journey.
Your responsibilities
Actively engage clients and prospects to build relationships, identify needs, and review IRA investment goals related to Bitcoin.
Establish and cultivate relationships with new clients by providing high-quality and bespoke support.
Qualify inbound leads and determine when to pass a lead to Swan Private Managing Director or to provide some direction for self-service.
Coordinate with Swan Private sales team and the Client Services team to provide the best service to incoming IRA leads.
Skills and experience that will help you succeed
The ideal candidate is a Bitcoin expert with knowledge of IRAs, client services, and direct sales.
Has experience with relationship management.
Knows how to deeply listen, anticipate needs, and identify opportunities.
Required to work US timezones
