TD₿: Why Bitcoin is the Only Truly Incorruptible Money - (21 Voices, a new video series) with Samson Mow
TL;DR: Bitcoin’s decentralization makes it immune to corruption and government control, offering financial freedom. Its success depends on decentralization + active participation to remain resilient.
Hey Bitcoiners,
Throughout history, empires' collapse has often been tied to the failure of their monetary systems, usually driven by greed, corruption, or the need to finance wars.
Bitcoin is viewed as a solution to this cycle because of its decentralized nature, which makes it incorruptible. Unlike traditional currencies, Bitcoin can't be manipulated by governments or institutions, as every node in the network has the power to resist changes.
Bitcoin's success is not solely dependent on buying and holding. To ensure its resilience, concerted efforts are needed to decentralize mining and spread Bitcoin's influence globally, thereby reducing the risk of government intervention. Ultimately, Bitcoin represents a new kind of rebellion against oppressive systems. Its future, however, is not predetermined. It depends on the active participation and engagement of individuals like you.
Enjoy!
