TD₿: The History of Cryptography with Whitfield Diffie
TL;DR Without the work of these cryptography pioneers, there would be no Bitcoin today.
Hey Bitcoiners,
I’m currently still far down the Cypherpunk rabbit hole since celebrating the 13th anniversary of the Bitcoin White Paper the last couple of days.
The fight over privacy and freedom on the internet started way back in the 1970s with a group known as the Cryptographers.
These pioneers eventually built the tools and technology that would lead to Satoshi’s grand discovery.
This podcast with cryptography legend, Whitfield Diffie, is riveting because you get to hear about this revolution in the words of someone who lived it (02/01/2019).
Always respect the builders who came before us.
Tick tock next block,
