This recent Bitcoin Futures ETF has me thinking about the advantages of buying real spot Bitcoin vs. other centralized financial assets.

One such benefit that spot Bitcoin has is what Nick Szabo defines as “deep safety”.

Bitcoin offers a different level of safety compared to other assets because you can take direct ownership of it without trusting any institution or rule of law.
