TL;DR The plethora of benefits that Bitcoin mining brings to the world is still not broadly understood, yet.

Hey Bitcoiners, 

Today we are living through a time where there is still a lot of information asymmetry around Bitcoin.

This offers a massive opportunity to those who take the time to learn about Bitcoin, but it also brings about a lot of FUD and negativity toward this new technology.

“People fear what they don't understand and hate what they can't conquer.” - Andrew Smith

This quote applies beautifully to Bitcoin in 2023.

Sometimes you come across a piece of content that just hits the nail on the head.

This happened to me this week when Troy Cross wrote this thread where he explains how Bitcoin mining could help various industries. (01/09/2023)

When I came across this thread, I felt like I was reading some famous Bitcoin speech written by Martin Luther King Jr. or something. 😂

One day in the future, individuals will look back and wonder how people could not see the obvious benefits that Bitcoin and Bitcoin mining bring to the world.

But this change in thinking won’t just happen on its own. It takes a highly motivated and convicted minority contingent to flip a population to their cause.

Bitcoiners are the intransigent minority that will orange-pill the world.
