Senior Financial Analyst - Strike
Strike is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to evaluate, plan, execute, and measure strategic business initiatives. The ideal candidate will create business insights by developing product roadmap-focused metrics. The work of the Senior Financial Analyst will directly support the executive team to make decisions guiding long-term business growth.
Responsibilities:
Identify and measure key performance indicators that drive business performance
Help drive the annual budgeting process
Prepare monthly and quarterly board and executive reports
Support company-wide, full P&L financial planning, including budget and rolling forecast
Guide continuous improvement efforts in Strike’s financial reporting and planning systems to support efficient scaling
Develop and maintain corporate financial models
Support development of key performance metrics in dashboards and reports
Partner with cross-functional teams across the organization, and develop a strong relationship with key stakeholders
Provide analysis, insight, and recommendations for ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree in Economics, Finance, or Business
At least two years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or consulting
Experience with financial modeling and data analytics
Proficient experience in Google Sheets and Google Slides
Superior quantitative skills, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization
Experience handling P&Ls and margin-based businesses, forecasting revenue, as well as strong working knowledge of revenue recognition rules
Adaptability to work in a startup, combined with strong attention to detail
Interest in Bitcoin is a plus
