Build and optimize a sales pipeline, with clear qualification criteria and stages, that maximizes revenue per lead

Fold to Raise $250 Million Through Share Sale for Bitcoin Accumulation
Fold, a publicly traded Bitcoin financial services firm, has announced plans to raise $250 million through a private share sale aimed at expanding its Bitcoin treasury. The Phoenix-based company will issue new shares to select institutional and accredited investors, without a set timeline for the sale.
Fold currently holds approximately 1,488 BTC, valued at over $155 million, and intends to use most of the proceeds to acquire additional Bitcoin. The move follows a growing trend of companies adopting Bitcoin as a treasury asset, inspired by MicroStrategy’s pivot to BTC accumulation. Fold’s stock is trading at $4.57—down nearly 3% on the day and about 60% year-to-date—while Bitcoin itself has dipped to around $104,500 after recently peaking above $110,000.
