The order differentiates Bitcoin from other cryptocurrencies, dismissing speculation that assets like XRP, Cardano, or Solana would be included.
Additionally, the Treasury and Commerce Departments have been tasked with developing "budget-neutral" strategies to acquire more Bitcoin, meaning taxpayer money won’t be used.
Despite the historic nature of the announcement, Bitcoin’s price reaction has been muted due to market expectations already pricing in the news and uncertainty around the timeline and scale of future purchases. However, the significance lies in the U.S. government's formal recognition of Bitcoin as digital gold, emphasizing its scarcity, security, and strategic value.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
Find and research potential clients for Get Based (tutorials and paid shows).
Experiment with outreach methods (social selling, cold email, DMs, etc.)
Designing sales documents and proposals.
Send out proposals and handle follow-ups to close deals.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
Operational wizard
Crafting the new client onboarding process.
Keep track of deadlines and renewals.
Organize deliverables, ensure smooth workflows, and track progress.
Maintain reports on client projects and sponsorships.
Implementing CRM and other key business software as needed.
Who We’re Looking For
Bitcoiner - You need to contribute to the greater mission of individual sovereignty.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment. We make fast decisions and strive for excellence; not perfection.
Startup powerhouse. This is not a “manager” position. You will be expected to be hands-on while having a pulse on the big picture. We are a modern media startup—you will need to act accordingly.
Startup tools expertise. Comfortable choosing and setting up the required technology and systems to be efficient and scalable.
Experience in media sales or B2B sales.
Compensation
This is a commission-based role with a guaranteed salary. The commission is uncapped with unlimited potential for earnings. Equity compensation is available after 3 months.
$48,000 per year guaranteed.
15% on new client sales ($250,000+ expected in 2025).
10% on returning business ($50,000+ expected in 2025).
Compensation is denominated in USD and paid in Bitcoin.

CleanSpark Joins S&P SmallCap 600, Becomes Second Bitcoin Miner in Index
Bitcoin miner CleanSpark (CLSK) will be added to the S&P SmallCap 600 index before market open on March 24, becoming the second crypto miner in the index after Marathon Digital. The index tracks smaller U.S. firms that meet financial criteria, including profitability and a market cap over $1 billion. Despite a 13.3% YTD decline, CleanSpark’s market cap remains $2.24 billion.
The inclusion is expected to boost trading volume, liquidity, and institutional interest, as index funds tied to the S&P SmallCap 600 may now allocate to CLSK. CEO Zach Bradford highlighted the opportunity to showcase CleanSpark’s vertically integrated Bitcoin mining model. Senate Banking Committee to Vote on GENIUS Act, Targeting Stablecoin Regulation
The U.S. Senate Banking Committee is set to vote this week on the GENIUS Act, a bipartisan bill introduced by Senators Bill Hagerty and Tim Scott to regulate stablecoins. The legislation outlines reserve requirements, audits, transparency, and licensing for issuers while allowing them to choose between federal or state charters.
A key provision introduces "reciprocity" agreements, requiring foreign-issued stablecoins to meet U.S. compliance standards, potentially impacting Tether (USDT). U.S.-based issuers like Circle (USDC) and Ripple (RLUSD) may gain an advantage under the new framework. The bill also grants U.S. authorities the ability to regulate digital assets, including freezing or seizing stablecoins under specific conditions.
