The Role

The Head of Lifecycle Marketing is responsible for broad awareness efforts, new client acquisition, and new product and service cross-sell with current clients during an exciting phase of hyper growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling lifecycle marketing and client engagement in a high-growth startup environment, with a deep understanding of the financial services industry.

The role is responsible for broad marketing across channels and marketing production including but not limited to communications, content, and social.

Your responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation and Go-To-Market plans to drive customer acquisition and cross-sell new services, in partnership with various teams
Utilize customer feedback, customer interviews, and data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven adjustments to drive growth
Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Product Marketing, Product, Sales, and Client Services teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
Provide leadership for team leads, senior and junior individuals within the lifecycle marketing team, and serve as a mentor for others as needed
Drive the cross-team Awareness + Pirate metrics in partnership with Growth, Product Marketing, and related teams

Skills and experience that will help you succeed

7+ years of marketing leadership experience in hyper-growth startups
Hands-on experience with email marketing, marketing automation, social, content marketing, and various types of lead generation.
Proven track record of leading go-to-market strategies for new solutions, ideally within the fintech industry
Demonstrated ability to scale client acquisition and increase revenue growth
Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset
Have a deep understanding of, and passion for, Bitcoin
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Thoughtful and questioning
Comfortable with contributing to projects outside of the ordinary scope of your role
