On November 16th, Vivek Ramaswamy unveiled his crypto policy framework at the North American Blockchain Summit (NABS) in Fort Worth, Texas. Ramaswamy is a focal pro-Bitcoin candidate who many think will join Trump on the 2024 ticket as his Vice President - a positive development for Bitcoin adoption and acceptance in the U.S.

Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and professional development
Organizational Development: Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning, and team development
HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, proactively addressing compliance matters
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being
Start-up Agility: Thrive in a dynamic start-up environment, contributing to the growth and success of the company through innovative People practices
Skills and experience that will help you succeed
Bitcoiner highly preferred
6+ years of experience across HR functions, including as a business partner
Experience with a startup environment
