On Tuesday, the DC Circuit court of appeals vacated the SEC's denial of Grayscale's $GBTC conversion into a spot Bitcoin ETF. Bloomberg analysts were quick to conclude that this significantly increased the likelihood of spot Bitcoin ETFs getting approved this year. Read Nik Hoffman’s article about it here.
