The Role
The design team at Foundation is seeking a highly motivated designer to collaborate with our partners in marketing to create compelling visual brand content for our physical products, digital properties, and printed collateral.
Reporting to our Head of Design, this individual will play an important role developing Foundation’s visual brand. Your primary responsibilities will be to conceptualize and refine various product and brand assets as needed. For examples, tasks may include drawing icons for Envoy, our mobile app, or creating banners and graphic assets for our social channels. One day you might find yourself designing a line of apparel, and on another you could be working on poster artwork for a quarterly magazine.
The versatility to create compelling and cohesive designs across a series of brand touchpoints is essential, so a portfolio demonstrating the ability to do so in a previous role is required to be considered by the hiring team.
Knowledge of a wide range of processes and experience building out ideas from concept to production is preferred – as qualified design candidates will need to balance design trends, technical feasibility, and business goals to deliver compelling product experiences in a production oriented environment.
Lastly, in addition to the above, if you possess motion graphics/animation and/or video editing skills, that would be a big plus!

Design marketing assets and/or other brand experiences as-needed
Design and develop assets for our physical and digital products
Qualifications
5+ years of professional design experience are preferred, but candidates with more/less experience will be considered if they have aptitude for multiple disciplines (i.e. Visual, Motion, Animation, Video, etc.)
Enthusiasm for Bitcoin and/or empowering people with sovereignty is required

Nice to Have
2D/3D Motion Design Software - After Effects/Blender
